Born Nashville, TN.   Graduated East Nashville High School.

* M.P.A. Master of Public Administration. The University of Tennessee & Tennessee State University.
* Master of Arts. Middle Tennessee State University.   Major: Psychology.  
* Practicum in Psychology performed at Vanderbilt University.
